Pre-Made Time: Shipped within 3-6 business days 

Pre-Order Time: Shipped within 2-4 weeks, once your order is completed in production, you will receive it within 3-6 business days

Shipping time: Estimated at checkout depending on your location (shipping time may vary/delay) 

Please note that shipments may take longer to be delivered due to the customs process in your country

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages: Dqev is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
